The Service is a structured Q&A tool that walks you through five phases of building a commission-recovery case: eligibility screening, misclassification analysis, document collection, jurisdiction analysis, and filing-packet generation. It produces customer-specific text outputs (demand letters, claimant statements, damages calculations) based on the information and documents you provide.
The Service is NOT a law firm. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and the operator, the underlying AI provider (Anthropic), or any third party. No outputs of the Service constitute legal advice. The operator is not licensed to provide legal advice in any jurisdiction.
Outputs are AI-generated. The text the Service produces is generated by a large language model. While the model is grounded in a researched 51-jurisdiction commission-recovery rulebook, it can still be wrong about specific statute citations, court procedures, deadlines, or strategic choices. Any document the Service produces must be reviewed by a licensed attorney in your state before you file, send, or rely on it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract. The Service is intended for use by individual sales representatives and 1099 contractors recovering unpaid commissions from a current or former employer. It is not intended for attorneys representing third-party clients, debt collectors, or any other commercial use.
When you use the Service, you agree NOT to:
The Service uses rate limits and abuse detection. Accounts that violate this section may have access revoked without refund.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, response time, or correctness of outputs. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, abuse mitigation, or third-party outages (Cloudflare, Anthropic, Formspree, etc.). We do not maintain a service-level agreement.
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We will give reasonable notice of permanent shutdown via the email address you provided at signup, and any active customer with an unfulfilled Phase 5 deliverable at the time of shutdown will receive a full refund.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the Service was materially unavailable or non-functional and you were unable to complete Phase 1 (Eligibility Screening). Email support@recoverunpaidcommissions.com with your purchase email and a brief description.
Refunds are NOT available after you have downloaded any Phase 5 deliverable (demand letter PDF, claimant statement, damages calculation, etc.). Downloading a deliverable confirms the Service met its core purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid (currently $97). The operator is not liable for: lost wages, lost commissions, delayed legal proceedings, adverse outcomes in your case, attorney's fees, court fees, statute-of-limitations expirations, or any other consequential or incidental damages.
If you rely on a Service-generated output without attorney review and suffer harm as a result, that is a risk you accept by using the Service.
